普默会计师事务所Plante & Moran PLLC，成立于1924年，总部位于密歇根州南菲尔德；为客户提供税务、审计、风险管理、财务、业务咨询和财富管理服务；是普安西提全球联盟Praxity Global Alliance的成员，在美国拥有23个办事处，是美国第13大会计师事务所；

1924	Elorion Plante会计师事务所由Elorion Plante在底特律成立；
1950	Frank Moran成为合伙人，Elorion Plante会计师事务所更名为普默会计师事务所Plante & Moran；
1984	与Lansing会计师事务所合并；
1997	与NCOT会计和咨询事务所合并；
1998	成立普默福利管理公司Plante & Moran Benefits Administration；
2004	与Gleeson, Sklar, Sawyers and Cumpata会计师事务所和AFME会计师事务所合并；
2012	与Stuart Franey Matthews & Chantres会计师事务所合并；

普默会计师事务所通过2004年在上海成立办事处进入中国市场；
